报告摘要：
Dr. Liu has developed several key core technologies for nerve injury repair especially for the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy, and have got fruitful achievements on new mechanism for nerve damage repairing by stem cells, real-time monitoring of stem cell transplantation and tumorigenicity, a new formulation of neural stem cells for cerebral palsy nasal administration and neural stem cell therapy for children, and the standardized protocols for cerebral palsy treatment. She also innovatively established an internationally recognized high-standard stem cell clinical research platform and closed-loop quality control system, which has overcome the problem of standardization and construction of the clinical system stem cell platform system in the hospital system, and published the first book on the quality control system for stem cell clinical research Institution in China. She initiated a school-based cooperative stem cell research institute to promote the industrialization of regional stem cells in the northeast region of China. Approved by the National Health and Health Committee and the State Food and Drug Administration, the only clinical research on the treatment of cerebral palsy in children with neural stem cells has been carried out, and the bottleneck problem of long-term troubles in the repair of stem cell nerve damage has been solved.
报告人简介：
刘晶，教授，博士研究生导师。大连医科大学附属第一医院副院长、大连干细胞与精准医学创新研究院院长，国家首批干细胞临床研究机构、国家级国际科技合作基地、国家地方联合工程实验室主任。2017年入选国家百千万人才工程，授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号。辽宁省干细胞临床研究专家委员会主任委员，辽宁省特聘教授、百千万人才百人层次、优秀科技工作者，辽宁省三八红旗手。担任美国ACS委员、美国ISEV委员、中华医学会组织修复与再生分会全国委员等。主持科技部国际科技合作重大专项、国家首批干细胞临床研究、国家自然科学基金等15项，经费2000余万；以通讯或第一作者在Oncogene、Molecular Cancer、ACS Applied Materials Interfaces 等杂志发表SCI论文50篇。带领科研团队针对干细胞神经损伤修复临床转化上中下游关键制约因素建立纵向研究体系，研发出一系列创新性技术方法，创建基于纳米材料干细胞神经损伤修复关键技术体系，提升了临床转化应用水平。以第一完成人获教育部科技进步二等奖1项、省科技进步二等奖2项、市科技进步一等奖1项；授权国家专利3项。建立中国唯一为国际权威工具书收录干细胞临床研究机构。承担中国唯一备案神经干细胞治疗小儿脑瘫临床研究（东北唯一具备资质开展的干细胞研究资质），并取得突破性成果。主编国内首部规范干细胞临床研究《干细胞临床研究质控体系的建立》（人民卫生出版社出版发行）。
