Dr. Zeev SMILANSKY is the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Anima Cell Metrology, Inc. and Emza Visual Sense Ltd. He and his company developed novel technologies for monitoring protein synthesis in living cells, especially for animal cells. These technologies may also be applicable in bacteria, fungi and plant cells. He will introduce and discuss potential applications and the significance for studying challenging biological questions.
