报告摘要:
We have been active to develop chiral guanidine as general Br?nsted base catalyst. We found them to be excellent enantioselective catalysts for Michael, Phospha-Michael and Diels-Alder reactions. In this seminar, we would like make a summary of these reaction and highlight some reactions relating to the enantioselective transfer of protons. The conjugate addition of arylthiol to 2-phthalimidoacrylate and 1,3-proton shift reaction leading to chiral allenes are two examples. Application of these method for the synthesis of natural products will also be discussed. Recent progress in phase transfer catalysis will also be reported.
