　　报告人简介： 

　　Prof. Danzhou Yang is professor of Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, College of Pharmacy, University of Arizona. She obtained her Ph. D degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1996 and started her career in University of Kentucky. In 2001, she moved to University of Arizona and became a full professor in 2012. Her research is focused on High-field NMR macromolecule structure determination and structure-based rational drug design, G-quadruplex DNA secondary structures and their interactions with small molecule drugs, anticancer drugs that inhibit transcription factors, topoisomerase I inhibitors. She has been granted several awards including Howard-Temin Career Development Award, National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health. Currently she is the editorial reviewer of 16 journals including Nature and Journal of the American Chemical Society. By now, she has published more than 50 articles in famous journals such as Journal of the American Chemical Society and Nucleic Acid Research.
